This document is currently being prepared and is not yet effective. It is a draft of Tarseek’s intended legal framework. It does not create a binding contract, privacy notice, or other legal obligation until Tarseek publishes an effective version and users agree to it where required.

Tarseek uses subprocessors to provide infrastructure, security, payments, communications, and model inference. This list will be filled only with real vendors. Categories we expect to populate:

Model Providers that receive Customer Inputs to fulfill a request are subprocessors or independent controllers depending on the legal analysis for that provider. They will be listed when verified. See Model Provider Data Practices.

There is no third-party analytics vendor and no third-party support vendor. Email is sent through Google Workspace. The Google Cloud production region is not selected.

Version history

No prior effective versions have been published. Future effective versions will be retained at stable URLs rather than silently overwritten.
