Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

Effective
September 2026
Last updated
September 2026
Version
1.0

This policy describes how Tarseek handles copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property complaints about content hosted or transmitted through Tarseek-controlled surfaces (for example hosted Chat, account profiles, or a future marketplace). Model Outputs generated through a third-party provider may not be stored by Tarseek and may need to be addressed with the relevant Customer or provider.

1. Third-party names and marks

Third-party Model names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their owners. Listing a Model or provider does not imply partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship.

2. Copyright complaints

A copyright notice should include:

  • the complainant’s name and contact information;
  • identification of the copyrighted work;
  • identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (URL, request ID, or account identifier if known);
  • a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized;
  • a statement that the information is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the complainant is authorized to act;
  • a physical or electronic signature.

Send notices to hello@tarseek.com.

3. Trademark and other IP complaints

Trademark and other IP complaints should identify the mark or right, the allegedly infringing use, and the requested action. Tarseek may request additional evidence.

4. Counter-notices

Where applicable law provides a counter-notice process, Tarseek will accept counter-notices that include the required statements and identification of the removed material.

5. Repeat infringement

Tarseek will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of repeat infringers.

6. Fraudulent complaints

Knowingly materially misrepresenting that material is infringing may result in denial of notices, account action, and liability under applicable law.
