This document is currently being prepared and is not yet effective. It is a draft of Tarseek’s intended legal framework. It does not create a binding contract, privacy notice, or other legal obligation until Tarseek publishes an effective version and users agree to it where required.

These Beta & Preview Terms apply to any feature, Model, provider, Deployment, or endpoint marked Beta, Preview, Experimental, Early Access, Labs, or similar.

  • Functionality may change or disappear without the notice expected for generally available features.
  • Errors, downtime, data-handling differences, and incomplete documentation are expected.
  • No reliability guarantee and no production SLA apply unless an enterprise order form expressly says otherwise.
  • Beta features may not be suitable for critical production workloads or regulated data.
  • Additional restrictions, rate limits, or data practices may apply.
  • Tarseek may invite, waitlist, or revoke beta access.

Version history

No prior effective versions have been published. Future effective versions will be retained at stable URLs rather than silently overwritten.
