Sensitive & Biometric Data Notice
Tarseek is a general AI gateway. Technical ability of a Model to accept a data type does not mean Tarseek is approved for regulated or highly sensitive workloads.
1. Sensitive categories
This notice covers, among other things: health information (including PHI), financial account numbers, government IDs, biometric data, voiceprints, face embeddings, precise location, and children’s data.
2. Default position
Tarseek is not approved for HIPAA, PCI cardholder data (beyond processor tokens), government-classified data, or biometric identification systems unless Tarseek has expressly agreed in a written enterprise arrangement and the selected Model Provider also permits it.
- PHI and regulated health data: not supported by default.
- Biometric identification, face recognition, voice identification, and voice cloning: restricted; provider rules may prohibit them.
- Children’s data: the Service is 18+; do not submit children’s data.
- Highly sensitive workloads require Customer legal review.
