Privacy Choices & Requests

Settings is the central place to manage common privacy actions. The privacy contact remains available for questions and rights that do not yet have a dedicated in-product control.

1. Requests you can make

• account deletion;
• data deletion (account data, Chat, files, Memory);
• data export;
• access;
• correction;
• privacy questions;
• consent withdrawal where processing is based on consent;
• objections and restriction, where applicable;
• cookie preferences;
• model-improvement / training preference (opt-in or opt-out as offered);
• optional Tarseek communication preferences;
• Chat deletion;
• Memory deletion;
• other rights described in the Privacy Policy or Regional Privacy Addenda.

2. How to submit

Use Settings for profile correction, optional Tarseek communication preferences, data access/export, Chat and Memory deletion, or account deletion. For other privacy rights or questions, email privacy@tarseek.com from the address on your account. Tarseek may need to verify your identity. [TBD: response SLA for manual privacy requests.]

3. Limits

Tarseek may retain data required for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligation. Model Providers may retain data under their own policies; Tarseek cannot always delete data already processed by a provider.
