Regional Privacy Addenda

These Regional Privacy Addenda supplement the Privacy Policy. They are placeholders until Tarseek determines where it offers the Service and which laws apply.

1. EU / EEA

Intended topics: GDPR roles, legal bases, SCCs, DPO, EU representative (None appointed), retention, automated decision-making, and supervisory-authority complaints. [TBD: lead authority.]

2. United Kingdom

UK GDPR and Data Protection Act topics, UK transfer tools, and ICO complaints. [TBD: UK representative if required.]

3. United States states

Intended coverage for comprehensive state privacy laws (for example California and other US states that enact similar statutes): categories of personal information, sensitive personal information, sale/share (Tarseek’s target is not to sell personal information), CPRA service-provider terms, appeal of request denials, and authorized-agent requests. [TBD: “Do Not Sell or Share” link if ever applicable.]

4. UAE

If Tarseek offers the Service in the UAE, add PDPL topics: controller identity in Arabic/English as required, cross-border transfers, and local representative if required. [TBD.]

5. Other jurisdictions

Additional addenda may be added without rewriting the core Privacy Policy. Do not clutter the main policy with every local rule.
