Regional Privacy Addenda
These Regional Privacy Addenda supplement the Privacy Policy where the listed laws apply to Tarseek’s processing.
1. EU / EEA
Where GDPR applies, Tarseek acts as controller or processor as described in the Privacy Policy and DPA. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your member state. Tarseek has not appointed an EU representative. Privacy requests go to hello@tarseek.com.
2. United Kingdom
Where UK GDPR applies, the same roles and transfer tools described in the DPA apply, and complaints may be made to the ICO.
3. United States states
Where comprehensive state privacy laws apply (for example California and similar statutes): Tarseek does not sell personal information. Requests may be submitted as described in Privacy Choices. Tarseek will honor authorized-agent requests where required after identity verification.
4. UAE
If Tarseek offers the Service in the UAE, PDPL topics including controller identity and cross-border transfers are handled under this Privacy Policy and the DPA.
5. Other jurisdictions
Additional addenda may be added without rewriting the core Privacy Policy.
Version history
This is the current published version. Prior versions will be retained at stable URLs rather than silently overwritten.
