This document is currently being prepared and is not yet effective. It is a draft of Tarseek’s intended legal framework. It does not create a binding contract, privacy notice, or other legal obligation until Tarseek publishes an effective version and users agree to it where required.

Tarseek provides access to artificial intelligence systems. This notice is intended to help users understand that they are interacting with AI, not a human, unless a human is separately identified.

  • Tarseek Chat responses are AI-generated using Models that may be operated by third parties.
  • API Outputs are produced by Models selected or routed for the request.
  • AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated. Users should not assume Output was created by a human or that it is reliable without review.
  • Generated or manipulated image, audio, or video may require additional disclosure under applicable law or platform rules when you publish it.

Machine-readable labeling

Where legally required or product-feasible, Tarseek may later support C2PA or similar provenance, or provider-supplied synthetic-content labels. That capability is not assumed to exist today.

Version history

No prior effective versions have been published. Future effective versions will be retained at stable URLs rather than silently overwritten.
