Law Enforcement Guidelines
These guidelines describe how Tarseek handles legal process. They are not a promise that Tarseek holds particular data, that every request will be honored, or that users will always be notified.
1. Submitting requests
Valid legal process should be sent to hello@tarseek.com. Tarseek will attempt to authenticate the requesting authority.
2. Preservation
Tarseek may preserve specified account records upon a valid preservation request, consistent with law and data actually in Tarseek’s possession.
3. Emergency disclosures
Tarseek may disclose information without delay if it believes in good faith that doing so is necessary to prevent imminent harm and is permitted by law. Emergency requests should include facts supporting the emergency.
4. User notification
Tarseek may notify affected Customers of legal process unless prohibited by law, a court order, or a credible risk of harm. Tarseek does not promise that users are always notified.
5. Disclosure limits
Tarseek will produce data only as required or permitted, limited to data it actually stores. API prompt content may not exist if it was not retained. Model Providers may need to be contacted separately.
