This document is currently being prepared and is not yet effective. It is a draft of Tarseek’s intended legal framework. It does not create a binding contract, privacy notice, or other legal obligation until Tarseek publishes an effective version and users agree to it where required.

Tarseek is a multi-provider gateway. Model Providers have different privacy policies, retention rules, training practices, processing locations, licenses, acceptable-use rules, age restrictions, and commercial terms. This page is the user-facing registry of those practices.

Having API access to a provider does not mean Tarseek has verified that the provider may be resold or that its data practices are known. Unknown values are listed as Unknown / Not Verified. Tarseek does not assume the most favorable policy.

No provider/deployment records have been verified yet. Rows will appear here after review. Until then, treat every provider’s retention, training, and ZDR status as Unknown / Not Verified.

Separately from this user-facing page, Tarseek maintains an internal legal review schema. Access to an API does not automatically authorize gateway resale, key multiplexing, or downstream charging. Possible statuses: APPROVED, RESTRICTED, REVIEW_REQUIRED, UNKNOWN, DO_NOT_ENABLE.
