The Tarseek Legal Center collects the contracts, privacy notices, trust disclosures, and related policies that apply to Tarseek accounts, APIs, Chat, and related services.
Tarseek is an AI model gateway. Users may create accounts, hold prepaid service credits, generate API keys, send inputs, receive model outputs, use hosted Chat, and—where offered—select models, providers, or routing preferences. Tarseek generally does not own the underlying third-party models. Requests typically flow from the user to Tarseek, then to a model provider, then back through Tarseek to the user. Tarseek may route or fail over between providers.

Each policy uses a consistent structure: title, effective date, last updated date, version, headings with stable anchors, related-policy links, and contact information.
These documents describe Tarseek as an early-stage product. Where a feature is optional or not yet offered, the policy says so rather than implying that every listed control is always available.
